SHIPPING

We know that getting your product as soon as possible is very important. Orders placed before 2PM EST, Monday-Friday from the following manufacturer’s will ship the same day.

Free Shipping DOES NOT apply to confined space entry kits, wholesale orders, and orders that must be shipped by freight due to quantity/size of items. Purchase orders are not eligible for free shipping.

Orders placed within the contiguous 48 US States only qualify for free shipping. We reserve the right to choose the shipping method based on cost. Typical delivery time for orders that qualify for free shipping is 3 to 10 business days.

Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or any US Territory DO NOT qualify for Free Shipping.

We also offer all UPS services including 3 Day, 2 Day, and Next Day Air (UPS delivery rates apply).

For all other manufacturer’s we will do our best to get your order out in a timely manner. Orders are not processed over the weekend so please keep this in when selecting your shipping options.

RETURNS

If you decide you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Please give us a call at 844-657-1750 to start the process. We will issue you an RMA. Returned items must be sent back in original packaging. A prepaid label is available upon request and can be deducted from your refund. A 20% restocking fee may apply depending on manufacturer’s terms or if items are returned without original packaging. Restocking fee may be waived if item is exchanged. Any equipment that has been used and/or deployed is non- refundable. Non stock or special order items are non-refundable.

FREIGHT CLAIMS AND DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

 We can help assist you with freight claims. If your equipment was damaged during shipping and verified as damaged we will help you resolve the issue.

Don’t accept visibly damaged product until the delivery person has endorsed the air bill or bill of lading with a statement to the extent of the damage.
Give us a head’s up immediately that your shipment was damaged so we can assist you.
Didn’t realize your product was damaged until you opened the box? Hang on to all packing materials and give us a call within 24 hours of receiving your order.
If you are using the fall protection that we sell, you’re most likely working in a dangerous profession. Proper training, administered by professionals, is required before using all equipment, and no descriptions, videos, or materials from The Harness Depot can replace the need for proper training when using fall protection equipment of any kind. Be sure to read all manufacturer instructions and get proper training. User accepts all liability.
